PRODUCTS IN THE SHOP: 

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF A PRODUCT? 

Absolutely! Take a peek at our color guide here


CAN I CHANGE THE FONT OF A PRODUCT? 

Most definitely! Aside from our special monogram font, we typically use ArcherPro or Century Gothic. Prefer a different font? Send us an email at hello@sizemoredesigns.com to see if we have it. 


CAN I REPLACE THE MONOGRAM WITH MY FULL NAME? 

You sure can! While the majority of our products are optimized to work specifically with our monogram font, we would be more than happy to use your name. (PS- Each product has a different character maximum.) 


PAYMENT: 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.  


DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES? 

Unfortunately not! If people begin to request them, we can definitely bring them back. 


I'M AT WORK, CAN I PAY LATER? 

Of course! As long as you sign in to your account, items will be left in your cart for a minimum of 24 hours. 


SHIPPING & HANDLING: 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ITEMS? 

It all depends on what fun items you are purchasing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on which items you are personalizing & the method you select. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP? 

It's fast! Your items will ship as soon as they pass through quality control after printing. Our standard reference time is 5 - 12 business days. The shipping method selected at checkout will indicate how many days your package will be in trasnit once it has left our studio. 


WILL MY ORDER HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

Yes! We watch your order all the way there, too. As soon as your products are packaged and shipped, we will upload a tracking number for your reference. 


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED? 

Orders can NOT be changed or cancelled one they are placed as we begin the design process almost immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to shipping address, method, or delivery instructions. Please ensure all shipping and personalization information is corrent before ordering. 


CAN I RUSH MY ORDER? 

Yes! You can opt for a faster shipping method at checkout. At this time, all packages are processed through the design and print stage at the same rate. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

We sure do! However, taxes, import duties, and any additional charges are not included in the price of the item or the cost of shipping. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and we will NOT accept any returned packages due to unpaid fees. Please check with your local customs office to inquire about pricing. Please allow 3-8 weeks for international packages to arrive. 


RETURNS: 

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

All orders are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products.
